Pancake Tuesday
On Tuesday 4th March, we made pancakes with Miss Corrigan. This activity linked nicely to our Mathematics topic, measurement and our Literacy topic, poetry!
Before we made our pancakes we completed a poetry plan on the theme "Pancakes" and this week we aim to create a pancake kenning, rap, haiku, rhyme or narrative type poem, using all the features of poetry that we have learned about!
