Pack Up Your Troubles
P4S had fun dressing up as evacuees for our trip to Castle Ward! We learned about the different helmets used by the soldiers, how to plant beanstalks, some of the strange recipes the cooks used when food was rationed, and some of the things the evacuees brought with them in their luggage. We especially enjoyed playing with the old toys in the playroom!
