P7 Well-Being and Resilience Workshop

On Friday 12th May the Primary 7 children took part in a Well-Being and Resilience Workshop delivered by Frank Diamond from the ALPS Charity. 
 

In preparation for their transition to post primary school, Frank discussed resilience, mental health, gratitude and the power of human connection with all the children. The children thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and concluded with a sing along!
