Diversity and drums - Day 2 'Cultural Traditions'
Day 2 of the Diversity and Drums Project took place in Cregagh Primary School on Thursday 10th of October.
The objective of this session was to familiarise the children with the different cultural symbols used on both sides and to investigate specifically flags, religion, music, dance, sport and celebrations associated with each culture.
The final session was lead by Joe where the children's rhythm and drumming skills were put to the test.
Day three of the project will be held in St. Bernard's Primary school on Friday 25th October. We look forward to meeting up once again with the children from Cregagh Primary School.
