Pond life

"Morning soup can be avoided if you take a route straight through area known as Pond Life"

 

The fantastic volunteers were hard at work again in October turning underused and unloved areas of the St Bernard's grounds into green spaces.

This included cleaning out the old pond in the wildlife garden area and a new one.  This will be left to fill with rain water - and already has the first frog!
If you avoid coming to the school through the congestion and fumes of the car park (aka morning soup), you can enter at the bottom gate via Wynchurch Ave and check out the wonderful pond life.
