A huge congratulations to Mrs Magee's Primary 6 class from last year, who have won a fantastic trophy for their amazing poster about bees!
The competition was a joint effort between Belfast City Council and the Beekeeping Association, and our pupils worked so hard to create a beautiful and informative poster. We are very proud of their creativity and their commitment to learning about the environment.
We would like to give a special thank you to Mrs Gallagher, one of our brilliant classroom assistants and a keen beekeeper, who told us all about the competition and collected the trophy on behalf of the school. The wonderful artwork was also supported by Mrs Sadlier.
This achievement highlights the great environmental work happening in our school, and we look forward to our Eco-Council supporting many more projects like this in the future!
