We had a fantastic trip today to Oxford Island. The children got to see all sorts of birds- both living birds and stuffed birds! They used binoculars to identify birds in the distance and got up close and personal with the ducks. They had great fun pond dipping and examining the creatures that they had captured. They also went on a terrific minibeast hunt in the forest and captued all sorts of creatures in their bug boxes!
We would like to thank the parent helpers who came with us on our trip- we really appreciated it.
But most of all we want to congratulate our children on their fantastic behaviour today; the staff at Oxford Island were most impressed by them!
